Coriander Chutney

 
 A different variation of routine Coriander Chutney.This is an absolute hit and a great accompaniment with steaming hot idlis & snacks.

Ingredient:-

Green Chilli 10-12
Fresh Coriander 1 medium sized bunch
Garlic 5-7 cloves
Salt as per taste
Black salt 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Add a little Water

Prep time:5 min.
Cook time:0 min.
Serve:10

Steps:-

Add all the ingredient and adding a little water at a time grind in to a coarse paste.
Coriander Chutney is Ready.


Jackfruit Manchurian Gravy

   Jackfruit Manchurian Gravy is a delicious Indian Chinese Recipe made from Jackfruit .It can be enjoyed as a snack or can be served on the side of Noodles.

Ingredient:-

For the Manchurian balls:-

Boiled Jackfruit 1 cup
All purpose flour 1 cup
Pinch of Salt
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Arraroat 1 cup

                                                                                     For the Sauce:-

                                                                                                        Spring Onion 1 tbsp
                                                                                                        Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
                                                                                                        Chopped Coriander Leaves 1 tsp
                                                                                                        Chopped Green Chilli 1 tsp
                                                                                                        Chopped Capsicum 1 tbsp
                                                                                                        Chopped Tomato 1 tbsp
                                                                                                        Tomato Sauce 1 cup
                                                                                                        Chilli Sauce 1/2 cup
                                                                                                        Manchurian Powder 1 tsp
                                                                                                        Red chilli powder 1 tsp
                                                                                                        Salt to taste
                                                                                                        Water 1 cup
                                                                                                        Oil for Deep frying 5 tbsp


Steps:-

How to prepare jackfruit manchurian balls:-


Mix all the Ingredient(boiled jackfruit,all purpose flour,salt,red chilli powder) mix well .vegetable ball shape in to small round ball and coat with arraroat and deep fry till golden browned on a moderately hot oil.

Preparing the Sauce:-

Heat oil,fry the onion,garlic,chilli on a high flame mix well properly.
Add water and add tomato sauce and chilli sauce mix well.
Thickness of the sauce to your desired consistency.
Add fried vegetable balls .stir and simmer for a minute.
Jackfruit Manchurian Gravy is ready.

Bel Ka Sharbat (Wood apple Juice)


   
 A summer cooling drink made from wood apple.Wood Apple has a lot of health benefits.

Ingredient:-


Wood Apple 1 pc
Castor Sugar 1 cup
Roasted Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Black Salt 1 tsp
Ice cubes 1 cup

Prep time:5 min.

Serve:5

Steps:-

Take a wood apple ,cut and take out the pulp in a bowl.
Now add 2 time more water in the pulp and mix it well.
Now strain the juice with pour strainer.
Now add sugar,cumin powder and black salt mix it well.
Wood Apple Juice is Ready.

               Sharbat-e khas is a summer-cooler drink. A refreshing drink during scorching heat, it feels really life saving.

Ingredient:-

Milk 2 glass
Rooh afza Syrup 1 tsp
Sugar to taste
Grated Coconut 1 tsp
Ice cubes 1 cup
Almonds for Garnishing

   Take milk in a jar.Add all the ingredient (sugar,Rooh afza,grated coconut ,ice cubes)blend it.

Grilled Banana & Strawberry Sandwich

    They almost taste like they were roasted ,exploding with flavor .& juicyness from the heat.It reminds me of a peanut butter & jelly sandwich.

Ingredient:-

Bread Slice 2
Dessert Topping Strawberry 2 tbsp
Medium banana sliced 1
Butter 1/2 tsp

Method:-

Spread Strawberry Dessert Topping on each slice.and place Banana slices on the bread & club it with other slice.
Heat nonstick pan over low flame. from both sides.Cut diagonally and Apply butter & grill the Sandwich.
Serve hot.


Cheesy Ring Pizza


Kids don't like vegetable.They will definitely love this pizza ring.This pizza is delicious tea time snack or you can bake and give your kids in lunch box.

Ingredient:-

Tomatoes 15-20
Chopped Capsicum 1 large
Onion diced 1 large
Triangle sheet 5-8
Oil 2 tbsp
Butter for Brushing
Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 cup
Shredded Parmesan Cheese 1/2 cup
For Seasoning:-
Black Pepper according to taste
Dried Parsley 1 tsp
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Dried Chopped Onion 1 tsp
Italian Seasoning 1 tsp
Chopped Garlic 1 tsp
Salt to Taste
Maida 200 grm

Method:-

Take a bowl,add butter,add maida mix it well.and add herbs, chilli flakes and little but of chilled water and make a soft dough.keep aside for 5 min.Roll the dough with a rolling pin and make a square sheet and cut the square with triangle piece.
Add half sliced tomatoes & diced Capsicum in a bowl. add some salt & pepper. add 2 tbsp of oil mix all the ingredient properly .Now Spread it on a baking tray lined with Silver foil and bake it in the preheated oven at 180c about 20 min.remove it in a bowl and add seasoning.Dried Chopped Onions,Garlic,Italian Seasoning,Dried Parsley add Chilli flakes and mix.
Heat 1 tbsp oil on pan and add the diced onion and black pepper and saute for 2 min.Now add some salt and saute till onions are golden brown.Now the onions are ready keep them aside to cool down.
Take 5-8 triangle pieces.Put one triangle on the baking tray lined with nonstick baking paper.
Now put the next triangle such that some part of it overlaps the Previous one.Similarly put the rest of the triangles so as to make a circle. Take the rest of the part of triangle and arrange them in between press gently.So that triangle stick to each other.
Take a Cheddar Cheese & put it on the inner rim to the triangle in a circle.Now place onion over the Cheese arrange the onion and cheese so that it makes a proper circle .Now add the tomatoand capsicum filling on top of the onions & cheese.
Take each edge of the triangle and tuck it below the inner end of the triangle piece.Repeat the same procedure for all the edges so that it forms a ring.Brush it with some butter & also preheat your oven at 180c. Now the parmeson cheese on top after adding cheese bake it in the oven 20 min. Until its golden brown.
Its ready to serve.





Gajar Ka Halwa

    Gajar ka halwa is a sweet dessert pudding originated from the Indian subcontinent.

Ingredient:-

Carrot 1 kg
Ghee 1 tbsp
Milk 1 ltr
Sugar 250 grm
cardamom Powder 1 tsp
Raisins 1 tbsp
Cashew 25 grm
Almond 10 grm

Prep time: 10 min.
Cook time:20 min.


Method:-


            Wash,Peel and Grate the Carrots.            
             Heat the Ghee in a deep pan,add the carrots and saute for 2 min.
            Add the milk mix well and cook on a high flame till the milk is absorbed totally.
           .Add the sugar mix well and saute till   the ghee leaves the bottom of the vessel
            Add the cardamom powder for 1 tsp of ghee mix well and add  Raisins,Almonds,Cashew                      mix well cook for few min.                                                                                                                       Garnish with cashew and Almonds.Gajar halwa is ready.  
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           

                                                                                                     

Bread Pizza Katori

Bread Pizza Katori is a delicious twist to the regular simple bread pizza.This anytime snack is a perfect combo of crunchy baked bread with colourful veggies loaded with cheese.

Ingredient:-

Bread 6 slices
grated Mozzarella cheese 50 grm
finely chopped capsicum 1/2 cup
sweet corn 2 tbsp
black pepper 1 tsp
chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
salt to taste
pizza sauce 2 tbsp
oregano 1 tsp


Prep time:10 min.
Cook time:20 min.

Method:-

For making the bread pizzas start by cutting roundels from the bread n slices.
you can use a cookie cutter for making the roundels keep a leftover in a separate bowl.
Roll out each bread roundels using a rolling pin to make it a little thin.
To prepare the stuffing take sweet corn kernels in a plate and capsicum.
Now add little salt ,oregano,black pepper , mozzarella cheese and mix every thing really well.
stuffing is ready.
Place the bread roundels in the equal sized bowls.Spread some pizza sauce over the bread roundels.
Now stuff up the bowls with 2 tsp stuffing or as much as possible.
After filling the bowls with stuffing.Spread 2 tsp mozzarella cheese over it.
Now sprinkle some oregano and chilli flakes over it as per your taste on the katori pizza.
if making for kids then skip the use of red chilli flakes .take a baking tray and place all the bowls over it.
Preheat the oven at 180 degree centigrade  for 5 min.Place the baking tray inside the oven on the middle rack and back the katori pizza on some temperature.for 10 min.
bread pizza katori will become little brown the cheese will melt as well.
take off the bowls from the tray and keep them over the top.
lert them cool down run the knife all around the pizza go separate it out and transfer them the bowls on a serving from plate.
bread pizza katori is ready.







Sweet Chirote

           Sweet Chirote is one of the most popular sweet snack made during diwali.This is a sweet dish made from flour and dusted with powdered sugar.

Ingredient:-

All Purpose Flour 1 cup
Powdered Sugar 2 cup
Ghee 1 tbsp
oil  for frying 5 tbsp
water 1/2 cup
Cornflour 2 tsp


Prep time:10 min.
Cook time:15 min.
Serve:20-25


Preparation of Sugar Syrup:-

Boil the water .add the sugar in boiled water.stir it well for 5 min.

Method:-

       Take a bowl and add all purpose flour and add sugar syrup and add ghee mix well.and make a soft dough keep aside.
       Take cornflour and add ghee in a bowl mix well and  a smooth batter is ready.This is called a saata.
        Make this rotis of the dough with a roller.Apply  batter on the surface of the roti.
Place another roti on  it.Repeat the process make a tight roll on the rotis.cut the roll in to pieces.                   Make small poories of the pieces .fry poories in hot oil on low flame .
Spread sugar on chirote.

Pede Wali Lassi

Pede Wali Lassi is a one of kind fascinating lassi. it is prepared with sweet Pedas. A refreshing yogurt based sweet coolant drink blend with fresh malai Pedas. Flavoured with Elaichi and Pista powder.

Ingredients:-

Yogurt 1 cup
Sugar 5 tbsp
Pede 5-7
Elaichi powder 1/2 tsp
Water 1/2 cup
Crushed Ice Cubes
Pistachio Powder 1 tbsp

Method:-

Mix yogurt,Sugar,Pede,Elaichi powder,Water,Ice cubes in a mixer.
Garnish with Pistachio powder and serve chilled.

Cubin Banana Casserole

                           This yummy cubin dessert can be served alone or vanilla ice cream.This is a traditional cubin dessert with a lot of bananas.

Ingredients:-

Orange Juice 1 cup
Butter 1 tsp
Raisins 10-12
Chopped Banana 2-5
Sugar 2 tsp
Chopped Walnuts 2-5
Vanilla Ice Cream 1 Scoop
Gemes for the Garnishing

Method:-

Reduce the Orange juice in a pan.
In another pan melt unsalted butter and raisins and let it puff up.
Add chopped Bananas and cook till crust is formed add sugar and let it caramalized.
 Add the reduce orange juice chopped walnuts in the pan .cook it.                                                            Garnish with Vanilla Ice Cream and Gemes.

              
                                                                               

Moonglate

     


                    Moonglate snack it's a wholesome one pot meal made with nutritious yellow moong dal with choice of vegetable and spices.it's a very healthy snack.


Ingredient:-

Moong Dal: 1 cup soaked for 5 hr. before preparing.
Cumin Powder :1/2 tbsp
Ginger Chilli Paste :1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Butter 5-7 tbsp



Prep time:5 hr.
Cook time:15 min.
Serve:2


Method:-

Drain the Moong Dal & grind it in a Processor Until a thick.
Non lumpy mix it formed. Add the remaining ingredients to the mixture and mix well.
Now heat oil in a flat non stick pan and spread the dough evenly using the back of a serving spoon.
Pour the mixture evenly on the surface of the pan.                                                                                                                                 Turn the dal pancakes over & make sure. it is  slightly brown from both the sides.Leave for about 15 min. and take it out on a plate.Serve hot.


Mango Shrikhand

         Mango Shrikhand is a very popular Indian Dessert.It is one of the main desserts in Maharashtrian & Gujrati cuisine.


Ingredients:-

Mango Pulp 1 cup
Hung Yogurt 2 cup
Powdered Sugar 1/2 cup
Pinch of Cardamom Powder
Nuts 2-5 tbsp

Method:-

Place yogurt in a bowl.
Add powdered sugar,cardamom powder,half the nuts and mango pulp.Whisk well till well blended.
Refrigerate for 20 min.Transfer in to bowl and serve chilled garnish with remaining nuts.

    A Delicious Recipe of Iced Coffee Blended with Chocolate Ice Cream & Chocolate Syrup.

Ingredient:-

Coffee Powder 1/2 tsp
Chocolate Ice cream 2 cup
Chocolate Sauce 1/4 cup
Ice Cubes as Required
Whipped Cream for Garnish

Method:-

          To make the Coffee Decoction, heat 1/4 cup water in a non stick pan.Add coffee powder and mix well.Cook till it thickens,cool to room temperature.
           Blend together chocolate ice cream,chocolate sauce and coffee decoction till smooth.
Take a short glasses with chocolate sauce.Place in some ice cubes in each glass Pour the prepared chocolate cooler pipe out a rossete on top. Serve chilled.

         Vegetable Mayonnaise sandwich is made with various colourful veggies and lots of creamy mayonnaise which is sure to fill your Tummy.

Onion 1 chopped

Cabbage chopped
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp

Black Pepper 1/2 tsp

Rasmalai

Rasmalai is my Favorite Indian Sweet by miles.Bengal is extremely popular and proud of their array of Milk based Mithais and Rasmalai is one of those delicious.

Ingredient:-

paneer 200 gm
Sugar 2 tbsp
Milk 250 ml
Chironji 1 tbsp
Few Drops of Kewada Essence
Yellow Food Color 1/2 tsp
Badam Powder 1 tbsp


Prep time:5
Cook time 20
Serve:5


Method:-

Crush the Paneer.Add sugar and pinch of food color in paneer mix it well.
Now make a small balls of paneer.

Preparation of Sugar Syrup:-
Boil the Water ,Add the Sugar in Boiled water stir it well for 5 min.                                                       Sugar Syrup is Ready.

Boil the sugar syrup till Paneer balls will get spongy.
Take a pan and add a 250 ml milk.Boil the Milk and Add sugar add pinch of food color Chironji,Badam powder, Kewada Essence.                                                                           
Stir it well and add paneer ball in it.
Your Delicious Rasmalai is Ready.                                                                              









Spicy Nadroo Masala

     The root of India's flower lotus is at the heart of this vegetarian dish from Kashmir.Nadroo Masala is very tasty,aeromatic and very easy to prepare dish.

Ingredient:-

Oil 2 tbsp
Kashmiri mirch 2
Chopped Tomato 1
Chopped Onion 1
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
All ground spices 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Cut and boiled lotus root
                                                                                                        Lemon juice 1 tsp
                                                                                                        Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp

Method:-

Heat oil in a pan and all th ingredients like (kashmiri mirch,chopped onion ,chopped tomato,red chilli powder,all ground spices turmeric powder,coriander powder,salt,ginger garlic paste )cut and boiled lotus root and lemon juice mix it well.
Garnish the prepared dish with coriander and mint leaves.
Spicy Nadroo Masala is Ready.

Bread Modak

 Bread Modak is a sweet dumpling popular in Maharashtra,We all like the sweet Bread Modak and dryfruits filling inside the modak.

Ingredient:-

Bread crumbs 1 cup
Milk 1/2 cup
Ghee 2 tbsp
Sugar 1/2 cup
For Stuffing:-
Chopped Cashew 20
Chopped Almonds 20
Raisins 20
Chopped Pista 20
Deccicated Coconut 2 tbsp
Khoya 50 grm
                                                                                                        Sugar 2 tbsp
                                                                                                        (Mix all the ingredient then stuffing                                                                                                          is ready).

Method:-

First take Breadcrumbs and mash with milk to prepare the dough,After with this dough prepare small chapati sized with the help of roller.
After that fill this chapati with Dry fruits and Mawa.
Fold this Chapati from all the sides and make the shape of Modak.
After that shallow fry this Modak in a pan.
After that coat it with caramalized sugar and then freeze it in Refrigerator for  20 min.
Now the Modak is ready.
Garnish with sesame seeds.      

Fruit Triffle

                   Fruit Triffle is a perfact recipe for a party and can be prepared even a day before the party.Fruit Trifle is a wonderful dessert.it is simple.

Ingredient:-

Pista custard powder 2 tbsp
milk 500 ml
Sugar 7 tbsp
Dessert topping strawberry 7 tbsp
Apple Diced 1/2
Orange 1/2

   Method:-

In a bowl mix custard powder,100milk and mix until smooth.
Heat nonstick pan over low flame ,add 400 ml milk,the mixture made above sugar and strawberry topping .stir cook for 5-7 min.or until smooth custard is formed.
Keep custard in a refrigerator for 20 min. to cool.
In a serving glass make layers of custard and fruits.Serve cold.

Mayonnaise Sandwich

          It is a perfect Appetiser for Kids.It is easy to make quick and simple.
    Mayonnaise Sandwich is made with various colourful veggies and lots of Creamy Mayonnaise.Which is sure to fill your tummy.

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp

           This Smoothie is full of Pink and Delicious,Strawberry Juice that work overtime for your health.

Toned Milk 2 cup
Frozen,unsweetened strawberry 1 cup

Pomegranate and Mint Mojito

This is my Favorite drink,the best Pomegranate Mojito Refreshing with Healthy antioxidants this would make a great.

Few Mint Leaves
Sugar 1 tbsp
Pomegranate juice 1 cup
Pomegranate seeds 2 tbsp
Soda 1/2 cup

Method:-

Add half a Lemon to a glass.
A few mint leaves ,a tbsp of sugar and muddle.
Pomegranate juice fill the glass with ice.

Strawberry kaju barfi

Strawberry Kaju Burfi is tasty and easy to make Diwali sweet recipe with cashew nuts.

Ingredient:-

Cashew nuts 1 cup
For pink dough:-
powdered cashew 1 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Water 1/4 cup
Rose Essence few drops
Pink,red food color 1/4 tsp
For green dough:-
Powdered cashew 1/2 cup
Sugar 1/4 cup
Water 1/8 cup
vanilla essence few drops
Prep time:10
Cook time:10
Serve:10

Method:-

Powdered 1 cup cashew nuts in a mixer.
For sugar syrup:-
1/4 cup water ,1/2 cup sugar boil until 1 stirring consistency.1/4 tsp rose essence .1/4 tsp pink food color few drops of red food color . 1 cup powdered cashew nuts mix well.
Cook it medium flame until it starts leaving the sides of the pan.
Check the right consistency.if you check the mixture with greased hands.you will be able to form a ball .switch off the flame and keep mixing until the mixture thickens .once thick transfer to clean counter part.
Once warm enough to handle ,knead in to a smooth dough.
Roll to 11-12 equal sized ball.make a conical shape .Similar to strawberry.
Use a fork or  a toothpick or some tool gently to make impressions.
With remaining cashew powder .prepare green dough similarly.as pink dough and make equal sized small balls.
Flatten the dough and cut in to quarters ,stick each quarter to the strawberry .
Strawberry kaju barfi is ready.




watermelon kaju burfi

          This is the all time favorite cashew nuts mewa burfi for most of the sweet lovers.feel free to color a shape the burfi from this recipe in to any design.

Ingredient:-

For Red cashew Burfi:-
cashew powder 2 cups
sugar 1 cup
water 1/2 cup
ghee 2 tbsp
few drops of red food color



For White Cashew Burfi:-        
Cashew powder 1 cup
sugar 1/2 cup
water 1/4 cup
ghee 1 tbsp

 For Pistachio Burfi:-
 unsalted pistachio powder 1 cup
 sugar 1/2
 ghee 1 tbsp
 few drops of green color

                                                                                           Cook time:15 min.
                                                                                           Serve:10
                                                                                                     

Method:-

Grind the cashew in a food processor .boil the sugar in water till it forms a one thread syrup. Reduce the flame and add the cashew mix it well.add the red food color the dough will resemble a soft dough.Pour the dough on a ghee greased surface and knead the dough well. keep aside.
Grind the cashew in a food processor .Boil the sugar in water till it forms a one thread syrup.Reduce the flame and add the cashew mix it well.the dough will resemble a soft dough.Pour the dough on a ghee greased surface and knead the dough well.
Roll the dough with a rolling pin in to a rectangular shape .keep aside.

Muskmelon seeds 2-5 tsp:-
Make the pistachio barfi and the 2 cashew burfis as specified in the recipe above.
Roll out the pistachio barfi and the white cashew barfi with the help of the greased rolling pin on a sheet of plastic wrapto rectangular shape and 1/8 thickness .make them the same size.Make a roll of cashew barfi in to a cylinder  shape.same size in length as the longer side of the rectangle.
place the red cashew cylinder at the very top of the long side of the white cashew rectangle.roll the cashew cylinder roll in to the white cashew rectangle.roll to make sure .it is nice and smooth.
now place the above roll on the green pistachio rectangle roll tightly.roll to make sure .it is nice and smooth .cut in to 1/2 inch pieces and cut the round discs.in to 1/2 to resemble a half moon.
add muskmelon seeds on the red  part of the cashew burfi part to resemble a watermelon .
watermelon burfi is ready.

Bread Coconut Flower

This Coconut Flower is Fluffy Moist and Tastes Delicious.This is such an easy to make and delicious sweet bread recipe with coconut mix.

Ingredient:-

Maida 2 cup
Yeast 1/2 tsp
Milk 3/4 cup
Egg 1/2
Sugar 1/8 tsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Filling Ingredient:-
Coconut 2/3 cup
Butter 2 tbsp
Khoya 1/2 cup
Orange food color as required
Powdered Sugar 1/8 tsp
Milk 2 tbsp

Cook time:20

Method:-

Maida,Yeast,Milk,Egg,Salt,Sugar add butter and mix it .make a dough.
Coconut,sugar,milk,butter,egg khoya and orange color mix well.coconut mixture is ready.
Cut the doughin to 5equal pieces gently roll it .Put the coconut mixture.
Then pinch the edges to seal it gently roll it.again cut the piece 12 times then turn over each piece.
Put in to a baking pan and let it rest for 20 min.brush egg decorate them if you want bake for about 20 min.at 200c.

Its an Orange Juice with Sparkling water.Serve with fresh slice or orange wedge,if you are using ice cube you may want to add those first.Serve right away to keep the drink fizzy.

Pomegranate Juice 1/2 cup
Ice cubes (optional)
Soda 1/2cup
Garnish with Mint, Orange and Pomegranate seeds

Method:-

Shake Briskly the Orange zest and Pomegranate and stir to combine.
To enjoy Orange soda, mix 1/2 part soda and 1/2 part juice or Depending on personal preference.

Bread With Orange Jam

A crispy Bread Snack for the Kids as it has Jam. Quick and Easy to Make which save your time alot.

Ingredient:-

Maida 2 cups
Yeast 1 cup
Milk 3/4 cup
Egg 1
Sugar 8 grm
Salt 2 grm
Butter 10 grm
Orange jam 2-5 tbsp
Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp


Prep time :-10 mins.
Cook time:-20 mins.
Serves :- 7

Method:-

Take a bowl & Add Maida,Add Yeast ,Add Milk ,Add Sugar ,Salt,Butter mix it well and Make a Soft Dough.
Cut the Dough in to Seven Pieces,then Roll Out each piece in to a large pancake.
Put 1/2 tbsp of orange jam and Desiccated Coconut mix well on the Center of the Pancake & then begin pinching the edges of the pancakes.
Roll out dough in to an oval shaped pancake.Make a series of small cuts on the pancake.roll it.then put two sides together.
Let the bread dough rest for 30 mins.brush egg on the top of each bread dough then bake for about 20 mins.at 220C.

Method:-

Take a short glass.First Make a Layer of Motichoor Ladoo then Pour Whipped Cream over it.
Again make a layer of Motichoor Ladoo. Keep it for 1 hr in refrigerator so that it Can Set.

Homemade Thandai



Quick and Easy to make. It is a Delicious and Tasty Drink for Kids.Its Ingredients Makes it Healthier.   

Ingredients :-    

     Milk 1/2 ltr
     Sugar 1 tbsp
     Sauf 1/2 tbsp
     Almonds 1 tbsp
     Pinch of saffron
     Watermelon nuts 1 tbsp
     Khaskhas 1/2 tbsp
     Rose leaves 1/ cup
     Elaichi 1 tsp
                                                                                

Prep Time: 10 Mins,  Cook Time  0 Mins,    Serve   02



Steps:-

Boil the milk and wait till it gets cool down.
Mean while the mention in ingredient.(sauf,almonds,khaskhas,elaichi,watermelon nuts,rose leaves)put it in water.
Make paste of this wet ingredient and the mix some water in this paste and drain the paste 
with cotton cloth.
Keep the drained water in a bowl and add sugar mix it well.
After it mixed this prepared paste with milk.
Serve chilled.
