Energy Boost




Energy Boost is a great functional drink,Which can be really handy just before training or competition.
It is very energetic drink.

Ingredient

Tomatoes 2
Green chilli 1
Carrot 1
Orange juice 1 cup

Cook time:0
Serve:2

Method:-

Cut tomatoes and pass them through a Juicer.
Add green chillies and carrots and make a juice which is then transferred to a jug.
Now take out orange juice in a separate bowl and mix the two juices together.
Cut a orange slice.Pour the juice in a tall glass .
Garnish with a Orange and Mint.
